Here we are showing you clear steps to check the status of your Aadhaar-PAN link and linking PAN with your Aadhaar Card on the Income Tax Department, Government of India Website.
We recommend to use official website of Income Tax Department to link Aadhaar Card with PAN or know Aadhaar-PAN link status because these two are very important documents and contain sensitive information about you.

How to Check Aadhaar-PAN Link Status
If you already have linked your Aadhaar card with PAN in the past or don’t remember whether you’ve done so or not then we recommend you to check your Aadhaar-PAN link status using the link blow.
Step 1
Open Link: https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/link-aadhaar-status
Step 2
Enter your PAN and Aadhaar Card Number.
Step 3
Then click ‘View Link Aadhaar Status’.
If it’s linked then you don’t need to do anything. But if it’s not linked then please follow the steps below.
Link PAN with Aadhaar Card Online
Step 1
Open Link: https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/bl-link-aadhaar
Step 2
Enter all the requested details
- PAN
- Aadhaar Number
- Name as per Aadhaar
- Mobile Number
If your Aadhaar card has only year of birth instead full birth date then you need to check ‘I have only year of birth in Aadhaar card’.
Step 3
Then check ‘I Agree’ and click Link Aadhaar.
That’s it!
When you initiate this process, make sure that ‘Aadhaar Number’ and ‘Name as per Aadhaar’ is exactly the same as printed on your Aadhaar card.
