Boat Watch Flash is a brand new smartwatch from Boat. It not only looks stylish but is also packed with tons of features that you will love. Before you think of investing it in, let’s take a look at the features of Boat Watch Flash.
1. Blood Oxygen Level Monitor
The watch comes with a blood oxygen level monitor that helps keep track of the oxygen level in your blood. Whether you are running, walking, or sitting, this feature can track blood oxygen levels at all times. All you have to do is tap on the icon to start the measurements. You can access the data from the app as well.
2. Sleep Monitor
Many of you want to keep track of your sleep. With Boat Watch Flash this becomes much easier. It comes with an in-built sleep monitor that tracks sleeping from 8 pm to 10 am in the next morning. Once the sleep cycle is over, it starts all over again from 8 pm. It starts recording after you lie down and there’s no movement for 30 minutes. As soon as, it detects excess movement, it will stop recording. You can check the data from the app, but only after the awake cycle is complete. In comparison to other smartwatches, it gives accurate sleep data.
3. Guided Breathing Mode
This feature is useful for people with breathing problems. You can also use it after an excessive workout and you are out of breath. This feature helps you to regulate your breathing. All you have to do is follow the instructions to relax.
4. Find My Phone
With Find My Phone you don’t have to worry about losing your phone ever. Once you enable this feature, it will make your phone vibrate and ring, until you find it.
5. Camera and Music Control Modes
